Process flow and description

2. Process Description
After measuring the mixed oil (from the first evaporator), it enters the heater, and the alkali solution is quantitatively injected into the centrifugal mixer together; Then, after mixing, it enters the reaction tank for delayed reaction, and after leaving the reaction tank, it enters a centrifuge for oil soap separation. The separated heavy phase soap feet enter the heater again, and after being desolved, they are pumped out of the workshop to the soap foot pool by the soap foot pump. Separate the light phase oil and hot water and enter the centrifugal mixer together; Enter the centrifuge for oil-water separation, and the separated water and soap feet are treated together. The separated oil is sent to the second evaporator, stripping tower, and crude oil desolvation tower for desolvation. The desolved oil is cooled by heat exchange to form the finished third grade oil. This tertiary oil can achieve good economic benefits in the market. Compared with conventional processing techniques, the yield is about 0.5% higher than the acid value.
Process and equipment characteristics:
1. Fully automatic production: After the alkali solution is mixed with the mixed oil in the mixer, it enters the tube mixer and then enters the centrifuge for separation, avoiding excessive neutralization reaction and pipeline blockage. The entire process control can achieve complete automation control, stable production, and reduce employee labor intensity.
2. Light color of finished oil: The mixed oil is refined and deacidified at low temperatures, and soap particles adsorb gossypol and other heat sensitive substances, avoiding the deepening of mixed oil color during high-temperature evaporation. The color of cottonseed oil products is better than that of conventional alkaline refined cottonseed oil.
3. High yield of finished oil: mixed oil is not easily emulsified, and the neutral oil content in soap is low, reducing refining losses. The refining rate of mixed oil is 4-5 percentage points higher than traditional refining rates.
4. Low production consumption: Because mixed oil refining removes impurities, resins, pigments, etc. from the oil before the solvent is completely evaporated, it reduces the formation of deposits on the surface of the heating equipment and reduces losses during the evaporation process.
5. Low residual oil in soap feet: There is a significant difference between the density of mixed oil and soap feet, and soap feet are easily separated from finished oil. The neutral oil content in soap is low.
6. Low residual solution of soap feet: Independently innovative soap foot desolvation process and equipment, with soap foot residual solution ≤ 700ppm.
7. Production safety: All power uses explosion-proof motors, and the centrifuge operates with nitrogen filling.
