Process and equipment characteristics
1. Cotton short staple adopts three-level impurity removal, with good quality, suitable for producing refined cotton and cellulose raw materials.
2. High degree of automation, automatic control of saw blade replacement, low saw blade consumption, and consumption of 0.7 saw blades per ton of wool cottonseed.
3. The wool cotton seed adopts a segmented impurity removal (soil, bricks, metal) process, with high equipment operation rate.
4. Complete collection of dust and fly down, without loss of cotton lint, resulting in a high yield of cotton lint.
5. The processing capacity of wool cotton seeds is large, and a single 160 type linter can process 10 tons of wool cotton seeds.
