Soybean low-temperature meal
The main unit of the low-temperature desolvation unit consists of two horizontal cylinders with multi head belt twisted dragon blades in the middle, and a flap plate is also installed to transport materials while causing them to flip, facilitating the heating of solvent in the wet meal by superheated solvent steam. The cylinder is heated with a interlayer, and the steam pressure is 0.6Mpa for cylinder A and 0.2Mpa for cylinder B. The wet meal entering cylinder A is heated by the reverse superheated solvent steam, and the solvent in the wet meal evaporates. It is then transported to the Sakron dust collector through a solvent circulation fan to remove the meal residue. The meal residue enters cylinder A through a closed valve. The cleaner solvent gas passes through a three-way connection and enters the water scrubber along the way, further removing impurities and recovering the solvent from the condenser. The other way is heated by a solvent heater to 150-155 ℃ for recycling. 99% of the solvent extracted from the material in cylinder A enters cylinder B through a closed valve. The main function of cylinder B is to remove trace solvents and odors. Cylinder B is under negative pressure, and the desolved soybean meal is discharged from the machine through a closed valve under cylinder B.
