Stainless steel bag filter is a professional liquid filtration equipment that can effectively remove particles of different sizes from the liquid, thereby achieving the purpose of liquid filtration, purification, separation, and recycling.
It mainly consists of three parts: filter container, support net blue, and filter bag. When using a bag filter to filter liquid, the liquid enters from the side or bottom inlet of the filter container, and is flushed into the filter bag above the filter bag supported by the mesh blue. The filter bag is impacted by the liquid and unfolds evenly on the pressure surface, allowing the liquid material to be evenly distributed on the entire surface of the filter bag. The liquid passing through the filter bag follows the metal supported mesh blue wall. Discharge from the outlet at the bottom of the filter. The filtered particles and impurities are trapped in the filter bag, completing the filtration process. In order to maintain the efficiency, smoothness, and accuracy of the filter, as well as ensure that the downstream liquid is not contaminated, the machine should be shut down after running for a period of time. Open the end cover of the filter to remove the intercepted material and filter bag together, and replace it with a new filter bag. The replacement cycle depends on the actual situation.
