Falling film disc stripper
Main uses and characteristics:
The tower body can be divided into upper and lower sections, and each section of the tower body is equipped with an array of conical distribution disk groups. Each conical distribution disc group consists of overflow discs, conical distribution discs, and annular distribution discs. The concentrated mixed oil enters from the top inlet pipe of the tower and first fills the overflow disc of the first conical distribution disc group. The mixed oil flowing out of the overflow disc forms a very thin mixed oil film on the surface of the conical distribution disc and flows downwards. It is carried by the annular distribution disc and then flows to the overflow disc of the second conical distribution disc group, and then the overflow is distributed into a film like flow. Direct water vapor is injected from the nozzle at the lower part of each tower body, and spray state is generated after contacting with mixed oil under the action of spray. The direct water vapor continues to rise on the surface of the conical distribution disc group and contacts the overflow mixed oil in reverse. Due to the large contact area between the vapor and liquid phases, the stripping effect is very good. The outer wall of the tower body is also equipped with an insulation jacket, which heats the tower body with indirect steam to prevent condensation and reflux of the mixed gas of solvent vapor and water vapor inside the tower. The mixed steam is led from the top outlet pipe to the condenser. The circular foam collector at the top of the tower serves to prevent oil foam from escaping due to steam. The extracted crude oil after the upper and lower tower body stripping is discharged from the outlet pipe at the bottom of the tower to the crude oil storage tank, and then pumped for refining.
