Main uses and characteristics:
The heating tube is composed of a heat exchange tube. After the raw material liquid reaches the boiling point or approaches the boiling point through preheating, it is introduced from the bottom of the heating chamber and driven by high-speed rising secondary steam. It flows along the inner wall of the heat exchange tube and evaporates, reaching the required concentration at the top of the heating chamber. The finished liquid is discharged from the bottom of the separation chamber, and the generated secondary steam is removed by bubbles, water droplets, and debris in the upper separation plate group, becoming the next heat source. Rising film evaporators are suitable for handling solutions with high evaporation capacity, thermal sensitivity, low viscosity, and easy foaming, but are not suitable for high viscosity, crystal precipitation, and easy scaling solutions. The heat transfer area is 1-2500 square meters, which can be customized according to user needs.
