Horizontal softening drum

The horizontal softening drum is a type of drum developed by our company that is suitable for softening and drying soybeans and rapeseed in oil extraction and pre-treatment processes, reducing the moisture content of raw materials, improving plasticity, and making the billets rolled by the rolling machine thin and not broken, thereby improving the effectiveness of steaming, frying, pressing, and leaching. The single machine processing capacity is 150-1000 tons/day.

This device has the following performance characteristics:

1. The energy consumption is greatly reduced, and the power of this equipment is only one tenth of that of a vertical softening pot.

2. The rotation of the drum makes the material flip more evenly without dead corners, avoiding the phenomenon of material burning.

3. Adopting a gear transmission and squirrel cage heating structure, it avoids wear and tear on the scraper and hot chassis, resulting in long service life, low failure rate, and low maintenance costs.

4. The softening time of materials in the pot can be adjusted at any time based on their variety and properties.

5. The comprehensive design makes equipment layout easier and avoids material blockage and leakage. The unique structural design can remove some moisture while softening high moisture materials.
